Sometimes chicken just isn’t going to cut it for my source of protein in a dish. When I’m not craving chicken, I’ll often get ground turkey and make meatballs (one of the recipes I used for the chicken meatballs, just sub out the chicken for turkey), meatloaf or put it in sauce. I crave red meat very rarely, but sometimes it’s exactly what I need/want, so I try to just go with it.
