Wednesday Workout…. on a Thursday! After I announced my plan last week to give you quickie, bodyweight workouts for the month of December since this tends to be the busiest time of the year, I couldn’t leave you hanging for a week!
I really enjoyed this workout because I am a big fan of countdown style workouts. The rounds go by faster each round which is always a nice feeling 🙂 I ended up doing it with weights since I wanted to lift weights on the particular day I was going this workout, but even without weights it’s still a great workout!
