Can’t catch a break!… and weekly workouts!

Ugh, what is it about this winter and sickness for me?! I came down with pneumonia and an ear infection on Christmas and just yesterday I came down with the stomach bug. These were my best friends last night:sick

Now, if anyone knows me well, you know that I cannot go more than a few hours without a snack or a treat… I have had 2 saltine crackers since lunch yesterday.  Yeah, not good.  I called my sister and apparently she had come down with the same thing! Poor girl is traveling for work, too:(

I stayed home from work today with the hopes that rest and not having to trudge through the city will help get me back to normal ASAP!

On another note, I had a friend suggest that I write a weekly “Monique’s Class Schedule” post where I would post the classes I am teaching and subbing for the week.  For those of you with the BSC Passport membership, you can come to any BSC classes that I teach, regardless of the location!

Here is my schedule for this week:


  • Monday- 7-8pm Dynamax Boot Camp at the Oak Square YMCA (this is a fee based class, but if you’re interested in what it’s all about, message me!)
  • Wednesday- 6:30pm UXF Burn at the Central Square BSC (I will be teaching tonight, but definitely not doing the workout!)
  • Thursday- 6:30pm Cardio Kickboxing at the Central Square BSC
  • Friday- 5:30pm UXF Burn at the Allston BSC
  • Saturday- 9am Total Body Conditioning at the Allston BSC


That’s it for the week! Much more manageable than the 7 classes I taught last week:)

    Ek- hope you feel better! I’ll be at your class on Saturday morning! I love the reminders of when you teach each week but a link to an updated schedule would be nice since I know you sub sometimes as well.

    This week my workout schedule is:
    – Sunday: At home workout
    – Monday: Off
    – Tuesday: Morning cardio + random strength/core
    – Wednesday: Cardio Cutz
    – Thursday: Teaching my class
    – Friday: TBD or off
    – Saturday: Lots of burpees in the Annex 🙂

    I know a couple of bloggers who have their weekly class schedule as a widget or section on their blog main page (maybe in the side bar) so they don’t have to post it every single week, and just update in a post whenever subbing. Just some food for thought! Oh, and your links are back to normal in my Reader. Thought you’d want to know!

      Ohhh, that is a good idea! I have NO idea how to do that, but hopefully I can spend some time this weekend trying to figure that out. And! that is great news:) my link button still doesn’t work, but at least I have figured out how to manually do it!
      ps- lots of burpees in the annex?! what is that all about?!

    I was reading through this and I realized that you were sick while your mom and cousin were here 😦 i’m sorry, that stinks so badly! I hope you feel better soon. Maybe working too much last week did you in. I’ll see you Saturday morning for the final (and hopefully extremely intense) workout!

    Oh, and please do let us know your schedule, so dutiful followers can continue to trot from club to club 🙂
